The Ekoikoi brand was established many years ago for the first apartment we managed.

Ekoikoi Apartments, within the first 6 months on Booking, scored a rating of 9.6, below which it did not go down until the end of its operation.

Within 10 months of its debut, the established position resulted in 85% occupancy 12 months ahead.

Now we share this experience, helping to optimize expenses, promotion, adaptation and interior design
